I loved the decor, which was authentic, not too modern. The breakfast room and the rooftop bar were decorated well and an added bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were big and roomy.

Gorgeous decor in the hotel and bedroom. Also, well decorated for Christmas. Slippers ,gowns, and jacuzzi . Cakes at breakfast were tasty. Amazing roof terrace for breakfast. Helpful reception staff

Loved the room we were in - room 619 which had a balcony and a bath which looked over the city. Breakfasts were also really good considering they are part of the deal, great views from the 7th floor at breakfast. All the staff were really friendly and helpful - very customer focused and the walk into the heart of Rome was only about 20 to 25 minutes

Our second stay at the property. We love the location, away from the crowds but close enough to everything we wished to see. Easy access to public transport. We unfortunately required a doctor on our last night. The hotel made arrangements quickly and we saw a very helpful and professional doctor in our room. The staff at the hotel, from the front desk to the breakfast room were excellent.

The hotel is beautifully designed, and my room was spotless and cozy, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The staff were incredible—friendly, attentive, and always ready with great recommendations. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. Had a complimentary bottle of Prosecco waiting for me in the room:)

Location is great. Comfy beds and not much noise pollution. We had a great view from our window as well as a welcome bottle of champagne. Room was cleaned daily. Staff were super helpful and welcoming. Can’t complain for what we paid.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.The hotel had an option to keep our luggage since we had arrived much earlier than the check-in time. There was a rest room to freshen up too so that we could travel if we wanted to ,before the check-in time.

Friendly and always smiling staff. Recommend a good restaurant nearby at my request. There is antique furniture in the hotels and an interesting style. I liked the elevator and the bar in the hotel. The room has a good bed.
